This document summarizes the basic rules that apply when using Mamalina, the limits of AI-generated content, the advertising experience, and user responsibilities.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Use define the rules, rights, and obligations that apply to all users of the Mamalina app.
By continuing to use the app, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and the related privacy policy.
2. AI-Supported Content
Suggestions, reminders, chat responses, and voice feedback inside Mamalina are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes.
The system may use the pregnancy week information, preferences, and in-app interactions you share to provide personalized content.
Before Mamalina chat and voice features are used, a data sharing disclosure may be shown and required permissions may be requested.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The app, including Mamalina chat and Mamalina voice calls, does not replace a human specialist, midwife, doctor, emergency support line, professional counselor, or professional healthcare service.
The app does not provide medical diagnosis, create treatment plans, manage emergencies, or make recommendations that replace professional healthcare decisions.
For emergencies, medication use, risky symptoms, or topics requiring doctor supervision, the final decision always belongs to a healthcare professional.
4. Privacy and Data Processing
During app use, some data may be stored on your device or transferred to third-party service providers to run app features.
The scope of data processing, analytics and advertising tools used, ad preferences, and details about data deletion requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Ads and Third-Party Ad Providers
Mamalina may show third-party ads inside the app to support the service.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices, device settings, region, and applicable rules.
We do not use Mamalina chat, voice, pregnancy/child, health-related, or profile context for ad targeting.
Ad content, advertiser websites, stores, products, prices, claims, or campaigns are the responsibility of the relevant third parties.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to enter accurate, current, and realistic information; not to misuse the app; and not to share content that violates the rights of third parties.
The user is responsible for consequences that may arise from personal notes, preferences, and messages shared in the app.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Mamalina may work with third-party service providers and platforms, and may also redirect to e-commerce, video, or social media links.
Products, prices, stock, content, or service terms on those platforms belong to the relevant third parties; Mamalina is not directly responsible for those areas.
8. Service Continuity and Updates
App features, interfaces, recommendation mechanisms, and technical infrastructure may be updated or temporarily suspended without prior notice.
Some features may work in a limited way during maintenance, security, or technical requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mamalina cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user, third-party services, or internet interruptions.
