Mamalina Account Deletion Information
This page explains how you can request deletion of your Mamalina account and related data, what may be removed during deletion, and which records may be retained for a limited time.
1. How to Create an Account Deletion Request
You can use the account deletion function inside the app to delete your account.
Alternatively, you can send an account deletion request by emailing info@mamalina.app.
- You can create a request directly by following the account deletion steps in the app.
- You can send a manual request by sharing information related to your registered account with info@mamalina.app.
2. What Happens After a Deletion Request?
When a deletion request is received, access connected to your account, profile information, and related in-app content are technically reviewed.
After the request is verified, deletion or anonymization actions are attempted within a reasonable time.
- Removal of profile information and app preferences.
- Deletion or anonymization of in-app notes, chat history, and related user records.
- Where possible, triggering deletion processes for related records processed by third-party services.
3. Which Data May Not Be Deleted Immediately?
Some records may be retained for a limited time due to legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, error analysis, or audit needs.
Deletion of some technical records may require additional time because of third-party service provider backup, logging, or retention policies.
4. Third-Party Services
Because some Mamalina features work with third-party providers, some data related to your account may have been processed by services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdMob, Microsoft Clarity, and Facebook SDK.
When your deletion request is received, applicable service provider processes are considered where possible in addition to removing records from our own systems.
5. Contact
For account deletion or data removal requests, you can email info@mamalina.app.
The in-app account deletion feature is the fastest method; email requests are evaluated through the support process.
