Mamalina Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when Mamalina is used, which third-party services including advertising and analytics providers may be involved, and why the data is used.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Mamalina mobile experience and related web surfaces.
When you use the app, you are informed about the data processing practices described in this policy.
2. Data We May Process
To provide a personalized experience, we may process the following categories of data:
- Profile and setup data: name, display name, email, pregnancy week, last menstrual period, child/profile information, preferences, and notes you add in the app.
- Mamalina chat and voice usage data: messages you write, your voice during voice calls, transcripts generated from voice inputs, AI prompts, responses, and conversation context.
- Usage and device data: screen views, clicks, navigation flow, session information, device and browser/app version, and similar technical signals.
- Identifiers and technical logs: user or profile ID, subscription/credit state, error logs, performance signals, and security records needed to prevent abuse.
- Advertising and measurement data: mobile advertising identifiers such as AAID or IDFA, IP address, approximate location, ad impressions, ad clicks, ad interactions, consent choices, device model, operating system, app version, crash signals, and diagnostics.
- Local device data: some chats, permission preferences, memory cards, and onboarding preferences may be stored on your device or in browser storage.
3. Third-Party Services
Mamalina works with the following service providers to deliver core features and improve the product:
- Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager: may be used to understand product usage, event measurement, performance, and conversion flows.
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK: may be used to show ads, manage personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and prevent fraud.
- Microsoft Clarity: helps us improve the experience by analyzing screen flow, scrolling, clicks, and usage patterns.
- Facebook SDK: may be used to measure app events, attribution, and campaign performance.
4. Mamalina, Ads, and Permission
Before Mamalina chat and voice features are used, the app may show which data categories can be sent and for what purpose.
A single combined AI data sharing permission may be used for chat and voice. This permission is stored for the user and app scope on the device; it does not automatically transfer to different accounts.
If you do not accept this disclosure, related Mamalina chat or voice features may not start. You can continue using other available app features.
For ads, additional consent screens may be shown for personalized ads, non-personalized ads, cookies or local storage, and similar technologies depending on your region and applicable rules.
In regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, consent management tools provided or approved by Google may be used. You can review or change your ad consent in the app privacy preferences area.
On iOS devices, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission may be requested if tracking through the advertising identifier is used. You can change this permission in your device settings.
5. How We Use Data

- To measure product performance, detect errors, and improve the experience.

Mamalina chat and voice recordings, transcripts, prompts, responses, technical logs, and related profile context may be retained as long as necessary for service operation, security, debugging, quality control, and legal obligations.
When you create a data deletion request, we start the process of deleting or anonymizing eligible records in our own systems. Applicable service provider processes are considered where possible.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures; however, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Retention periods, backup policies, advertising technologies, and infrastructure choices of third-party service providers including Google AdMob may vary according to their own policies.
